What PubLine App is
PubLine App helps songwriters store and exchange music publishing information — names, PRO affiliations, IPI/CAE numbers, publisher details, co-write sessions, splits, lyrics, and worktape recordings.
Information we collect
Only what you enter: your account email and password, your publishing profile (name, PRO, IPI, publishers, optional contact details and date of birth), session data (song titles, splits, lyrics, audio files), and contacts you save. We do not collect analytics identifiers, advertising data, or location.
How your information is shared
Your profile page is visible to anyone who has your link or scans your QR code — that is the point of the app. Contact details (email, phone, date of birth) are hidden unless you turn on their visibility toggles. Session pages are visible to anyone with the session link. We never sell your data or share it with advertisers.
Camera
The app uses your camera only to scan other writers' QR codes. No photos or video are captured, stored, or transmitted.
Where data lives
Data is stored with Supabase (database, authentication, and file storage) and served via Vercel. Passwords are hashed; connections are encrypted in transit.
Deleting your data
You can remove sessions, contracts, and collaborators in the app at any time. To delete your account, open Edit profile and choose Delete Account. Your profile, contracts, collaborators, and songs only you are on are deleted. Songs you share with other PubLine writers stay with them, and your name and split stay listed on those songs so their records remain accurate.
